You need confirmed ticket to order from Zomato as PNR is needed for order placement.
Open the Zomato App
Search “Train” in the search bar at the top as shown in image.
Click on “Enter PNR” and enter your PNR correctly.
List of available restaurants will appear.
Select the restaurant, select the meal you want to order and the delivery station.
Make the Payment to complete your order.
Zomato Train Food Delivery Service Terms and Conditions
Eligibility: This service is exclusively available to rail passengers holding valid tickets and PNRs.
Order Placement: Customers are required to provide a valid PNR number when placing orders on Zomato.
Delivery Efforts: Zomato endeavors to deliver orders directly to the designated seat or berth.
Order Timing: Orders can be placed up to 65 minutes prior to the scheduled arrival of the train.
Disembarkation: If customers disembark early, Zomato is not liable for delivering orders to subsequent stations.
Presence at Seat: Customers must be present at the specified seat during the delivery time. Failure to do so will result in a “No-Show” and no refunds will be issued.
Cancellation Policy: Orders cannot be canceled within 2 hours of the scheduled train arrival. Cancellations made before this timeframe are eligible for a refund.
Train/PNR Cancellation: Orders will be automatically canceled without refund if the train or PNR is canceled.
Delayed Trains: While Zomato will make efforts to deliver orders on delayed trains, it does not guarantee delivery and no refunds will be provided for delayed orders.
Gold Guarantee: This guarantee does not apply to delayed trains, and no refunds will be issued in such cases.
Convenience Fees: Station convenience fees will be applicable for all deliveries.
Accurate Information: Customers are responsible for providing accurate details and must agree to Zomato’s terms and privacy policies when placing orders.
